Yelp comes through again. My wife and I were visiting Boise and didn't know where to go to eat.  We looked up Epi's on Yelp and altough neither of us has tried Basque food, we were accustomed to French and Spanish foods and thought, it's a mix of the two and were willing to try it.  It's a small place that looks like a house.
