Out of all the places in California, who woulda thought a small Chinese restaurant in the middle of Merced could actually cook up some decent Chinese food.  I was proven wrong and was pleasantly surprised.  The service is awesome and since it's such a tiny town the owners knows most of the students by name at UCM-I'm sure they're as nice as their non-student regulars around town.  They make you…
