It seems to me, after having been a several "chain" fondue places, that someone used to work for a Chain fondue place and said, "You know what? I think I can do this better." And they did. The staff was amazing. Our drinks never ran out, they were informative, and they were friendly, but they didn't stick around to chat. It was a graceful in and out.
