Another Beautiful Day is a health food store that sells everything from vitamin supplements to organic apple cider vinegar.  They also have a small lunch counter where they serve, among other things, some of the best vegetarian sandwiches I've ever had.    The Super Sandwich: carrots, sprouts, avocado, cheese (provalone maybe?) on multigrain bread.  Sounds gross, but I think the secret is in the…
