Every time my husband and I return to Vermont, we go to Bistro Henry's.  It's not in our all-time ridiculous top 5 meals, but they are in our top restaurants.  Consistently good food, great service.  We've gone dressed to the nines and slightly disheveled after a long drive with no difference.   Some of the standouts: foie gras, sweet breads, home-smoked trout, a berry "napoleon."
