Though the food is average, because, well, it is a Perko's after all, the fourth star belongs to our server. I wish I could remember her name. She was fairly tall, blonde, very friendly, helpful, and checked on us regularly. As for the food: I just wish they had "regular" french fries. What is it these days - every place has to have "seasoned" this and "special fries" that - what about the tried…
