Chow Time just opened a couple of months ago.  It is located behind the Olive Garden on Highway 77, just north of 23rd Street.  We ate at Chow Time for the first time last week.  It was dinner, and the price was around $10 per adult, $5 per child over 4 or 5 years, I can't remember which.  This doesn't include your drink.  The buffet is extensive.  Lots of choices, from Chinese to Sushi to Country…
