1. Cafe Del Rio
I came through Lufkin this evening and popped in for an early dinner. It seemed to be a popular restaurant, as the parking lot was huge and there were quite a number of cars in the lot. The good: Tasty chips, fresh tortillas, excellent queso dip and re-fried beans. The bad: Bland, bland, bland. Nothing we ate was spicy.
