I was pleasantly surprised by Golden Bamboo Palace.  The Chicken Chow Fun was some of the best that I have ever had!  The server was a little overwhelmed--I think someone called in sick--but her helpfulness and wonderful attitude made up for any delays.  I was in town visiting family, and I wish that we had made time for a second visit.  I will definitely make a return trip on our next visit up…
