I am SO glad the ownership did not go thru with a planned-for expansion of this place.  Who wants to mess with perfection.  This is an almost perfect bar to hang out in, wings and other food items top notch and you can hang out for one beer, cut out to O'Rourke's for a swift one, and crawl back here again.  You can do that all afternoon, what the hey.  Environment is everything in a bar, and if…
