The reason we chose Waffles Caffe was because it was within walking distance of our motel.  The reason I'm writing about Waffles Caffe is because our breakfast there was fabulous!  As the name says, they specialize in waffles, although they offer many other options, too.  I opted for the waffles, of course -- huge, fluffy waffles, topped with choice of fruit, syrups, or other delectable treats.…
