I can't agree more with David A, MacAluso's is a gem hidden in Northeast PA. I live in Philly and would rather MacAluso's then any of the restaurants down here.  I had the fillet and it was the best I ever had! I can't wait to get back up and try another dish... I'll probably end up getting the steak again though (so good!).
