We ventured out to a local sushi restaurant called Ronin Cafe. I admit, I was skeptical for three reasons: 1) The sushi chef was a woman. I heard that sushi made by a female chef is not as good as that made by a male chef because females have a higher internal temperature and thus potentially warming the rice.
