In my opinon (and that of most locals) the Cowboy is the best restaurant in LP. It's funky, delicious, cozy and fun. You can enjoy dinner at the bar (the same bartender is usually there and is very kind and knowledgeable, both about the menu and about the town), or you can sit outside when it's nice.
