The brisket here is great, although I'd stick to Smokin in Style for ribs.  I didn't have the stomach for the outrageously large tamale, but I did manage to finish the beans and potato salad and split a piece of pecan pie with a friend.    Like a lot of the restaurants in Hot Springs, this place has its quirks.  The hours are strange, and they accept cash only.  Plan ahead to avoid the dinner rush…
