Hit it on the right day, it's excellent.  The service is a little (flaky) uneven, but if you like a Beef on Weck, I think this is what started the Buffalo tradition. (before chicken wings) The guards at the gate are a little intimidating, but have the patience for your reward. I consider it a little pricey but on occasion, it's worth it.
