The food is definitely the star at Jay's. The atmosphere is bland and service sometimes horrible. Make sure you block out a full hour for lunch.  But, hey, make sure you go for the food! I'm not much for tea but hear the Tai (coconut) tea is great as well. The hot is hot so order medium if you're not sure. A light, traditional noodle soup adds a nice touch of authenticism to each delicious meal.…
