While traveling to Norther NY, my husband and I saw Armadillo's on our GPS and decided to stop and give it a try.  It's a burrito place, but it has a lot more options than the usual burrito place.  I got a vegetarian bean burrito on a wheat (yes!) tortilla.  They have wheat, and 11 other types of tortillas, by far the greatest variety I've seen in a while.  My husband got a chicken burrito, also…
