I almost don't see the point of writing this review since there's already several dozen raving about Blanc Burgers for a 4.5 star rating. But I'll add anyway. Sweet potato fries are great. Condiments are great. Actually I love the mustard and aoli are wonderful but I'm not so keen on the ketchup. It's all made on premises though, so there's something to be said for that.
