I must agree that this place, although does look like a diner, it has that friendly feeling to it.  When I entered she asked if I was Filipino.  I answered yes and said in a gentle voice, "Yobosaeyo", along with a head nod.  She smiled and said something of the sort back to me.  Awesome!  I was relieved that she didn't assume I knew Korean, but just the basics.    This intro made my dining…
