I stay at La Quinta when I'm visiting my family, making the hotel my own little oasis of sanity and quiet.    The hotel isn't fancy by any means, however, the rooms are clean, the staff is incredibly nice and best of all, hotel guests have access to a very decent gym.  Update:  I stayed at another hotel earlier this year as La Quinta was booked.  Big mistake.  When I knew I had to return to Bingo…
