A solid 4 star restaurant but -1 star for not actually being "On the Beach"  (They are across the street.)  The best option for upscale dining we could find near our place in Indian Shores.  The mains were expertly prepared and I have never had a more tender scallop.  The real stand-outs of the meal were the sauces.  Very creative accompaniments that paired well with the protein and pastas.  A few…
