"Grill Master" Joe knows BBQ.   Oh yes he does.  This little shack on the side of the road is easy to miss, but make the effort to find it.  You won't be sorry.  The ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, and perfectly seasoned and smoked.  String beans and collard greens are on point, and the macaroni and cheese is unlike anything I've had in years.  We're big big BIG fans of this place.  A++ would…
