Palio Pizzeria is best summed up by a gesture:  a half-hearted shrug.  The salads are unoriginal and uninspired (for example, the house salad - romaine, tomatoes, peeled cucumbers, green bell pepper rings, red onion, italian dressing - typical?  Yes.  Boring and not worth the $5.59?  You betcha.)  Their specialty pizzas are nearly as uninspired as their salads.  I didn't try the sandwiches, but I…
