If you like Barbecue, you will certain love Mt. Zion's Church BBQ. The menu is pretty basic, and is obviously centered around the meat. You're not going to have a lot of options here, then again, you're not really going to need many.   Outside of a backyard pit or the Walker County Fair, this is the best BBQ you're going to find in Huntsville.
