It's pretty simple. If you like BBQ ribs, they are excellent here, as well as anywhere else you find this chain. I have hit this place from OH to CA, and I have found the food to be consistently good.   As for the leaf-eater's review, a semi vegetarian should only get a half-vote on a rib joint...
