Best pho! This place comes up to par with Les Givrals. Their banh mi is consistent and good. Their spring rolls are huge (bigger than givrals) and cheap! Their pho has a sweet not too salty yet tasty/tangy broth, I found perfection. The downsides to this place are the questionable service, lack of sanitation, hours, and *cash only. They're only open for lunch, how lame! I come here a few times…
