Good times at the River Oaks.   Midnight Movies on the weekends along with my fill of independent and foreign films.   OOOO and a BAR, I can have a few drinks before or after the movie + INSIDE THE THEATRE!  and may I add, I don't have to see blinking lights (*cough Studio Movie Grill *) all over the place.
