Sadly enough, this little, often ignored spot in an abandoned shopping center is a bastion of Mexican cuisine.  Not at all ostentatious, absolutely friendly, and dirt cheap, El-Nopal serves up Mexican food that reminds me of being back in San Diego.  Even the most expensive combo barely breaks $10 and will fill you so full that you won't even think about eating another meal for at least 12 hours.…
