Love Mitch's! So good that I keep their phone number on file. You must make reservations as the place is tiny. It's one of the hidden gems of Hawaii. I guess the word's out, it's no longer hidden. If you get a chance to meet Mitch or Craig, they're both super friendly and fun. Chef Mitsui is also a great guy (engrish is okay). This is a must try if you haven't already. I would be a regular…
