Disregard the one-star reviews. This is BY FAR the best Mexican restaurant in St. Louis and one of the best I've ever been to anywhere.   PN is the kind of place you'd drive by a million times, in a strip mall, accross the street from a Dirt Cheap beer & smokes shop.
