This place offers many great dishes, but this review will focus on one of my favorite lunch items:  The Backened Chicken Sandwich.  For 8 or 9 bucks you get a succulent chicken breast blackened with cajun spices, smothered in pepper jack cheese and topped with fried jalapeño slices and tobacco onion straws between a fresh-baked bun.  I add bacon to complete the masterpiece.  Along with a side, you…
