La Carreta and their sister joint Adobe are great places to sit back, relax, and enjoy some of the best americanized mexican food in town.  The service is lightning fast (usually) and the prices are decent, especially for lunch.  The ceviche with mahi mahi and shrimp is my absolute favorite, and even their salsa is top notch, filled with delicious cilantro and the perfect amount of heat.
