Was excited to eat here based on reviews..I am from the Bay area in CA so have the opportunity to eat out at many wonderful restaurants. The Spice of Life Cafe is a cute restaurant, nice ambiance.  The service was mediocre (the gal was new, that could have something to do with it) and the food was just o.k.  I had one of the specials that night, tortellini with chicken...would not order it again!
