They're very attentive and quick to fix problems but they are not fun to work with, and border on being obnoxiously rude, regardless of the reason for contact.    They do a good job of maintaining buildings, and won't bother you if you don't make any trouble... but don't expect them to move a quarter of an inch out of their way to help you out.
