I promised my mom that I would review Copper Mill Bistro. She seems to think she'll then get some coupons. Good news, Mom, you can get coupons on their website. But Copper Mill Bistro is worth a review even without perks.  The chef/owner of this new restaurant used to be the chef of Pettibone's (now Abigail's). He describes his cooking as "rustic American cuisine" with a focus on local ingredients…
