There was a grackle in my yard whose neck was flopping around, displaying the clinical symptoms of west nile, and Tufts said "Bring it on over!".  So I did.  Really committed, helpful and pleasant staff here at the hospital.  Just last week my neighbor took a sick chick there but it was too late.  The staff did what they could with the antibiotic shot but at least the rest of the chicks are OK.…
