OMG, Ellis, I am SO sorry to have to dump on your restaurant, but my meal from RO's tonight was absolutely HORRIBLE.    First off, BBQ must be cooked SLOWLY over a wood fire/coals - smoke must be present.  This stuff tasted like a bad pork roast, no smoke flavor (or any other flavor) whatsoever, just kinda bland.  I had the sliced, minced (eeww) was the other option; no pulled pork for me.  This…
