A true gem in northwest Indiana, I really enjoy going here whenever I get the chance.  When I lived in NWI, it was always a treat, and even now living in Chicago, I don't mind making the trek back.  While MBC is a bit on the expensive side for NWI (let's face it... you're in Gary), it is well worth it for the quality of food and the excellence in service.  Chef Gary never fails to serve…
