The sopaipillas were delicious!  The place is like greasy-spoon border truck stop food, and the crowd's definitely local.  The red chile was good, but I'd go with the green one all the way next time.  The atmosphere of the place is like an old railroad diner, with green walls, aluminum trim, somewhat harsh fluorescent lighting, busy waitress, and a long, skinny layout.  Everything seems to be…
