Went to Edo-Ya this past friday with my parents.  There was 7 of us and we just ordered all sushi.  We had salmon, yellowtail, sea bass, uni (sea urchin), sweet shrimp, and tuna nigiri.  I wanted to try their toro but they didn't have any.  I'm a big fan of toro (fatty tuna) but too bad they were out.  All the sushi was pretty good.  The uni was ok, didn't feel like it was that fresh.  The sweet…
