(More so a 3.5 rating)  Fairly solid, consistent restaurant, although some may beg to differ.  There can be quite a bit to complain about this place, such as how fucking rowdy and annoyingly loud it is, although what do you expect -- it is next to Fresno State and has embodied the 'college crowd.'  Meaning, on any given night, especially weekends, you'll see a huge influx of fraternity douche bags…
