I had high hopes for this since it's only 5 minutes from my house. I was a little suspicious of their authenticity when I never smelled smoke near it or saw any evidence of  real smoked BBQ. (Smoke, wood, etc...) When I walked in I was not met by the smell of  mesquite, apple wood, or hickory. Just sauce and pork fat. (A good smell but not what you would expect from a Q joint.)
