I have no idea what Olivia's is doing in a place like Eustis. It could easily thrive in an arty neighborhood of any metropolitan city. While I will most likely never be in Eustis again, I cannot tell you how happy I am i found this place.  Upon entering, we were greeted by a huge biker dude with long hair and a huge beard. He was the owner. Really? Burly biker running a cute coffee shop? Love it…
