Just because you reserve a non-smoking room, doesn't mean the room won't smell of cigarettes. The staff was friendly though, and got me another room. Be sure to call ahead if you're taking their shuttle from the airport; it takes them a while to get to you!! The rooms are renovated, clean, and the room service was good. Not a bad experience overall; I'd probably come back here next time I fly…
