If you're visiting El Paso, or worse yet trying to show a friend visiting something interesting about this town, you should absolutely take them here.  Tom Lea provides the most scenic view of the borderland.  If you're lucky the giant Mexican flag will be flying mightly and you can point out 'there's Juarez, that's where the murders happen.'  The park also marks the end of the Rocky Mountain…
