Probably the best lunch in Edmond. Every day from 11 to 1 Nick serves up 8 entries with steamed rice and soup of which you can choose 3 for only $6. (cash only)  I highly recommend you go on a Thursday and get Curry Potatoes, Crispy Chicken, and Black Pepper Chicken. (combination only available on Thursdays at lunch)  I've been going there about once a week for several years.
