A very outdated gym I must say.  However it is making improvements gradually since my last visit a year ago.  This two story gym offers quite a bit from free and machine weights, to racket ball courts, an indoor basketball court, cardio machines both downstairs and upstairs, an indoor track, and a boxing ring with multiple punching bags.  This is definitely a great spot to get any type of workout…
