I have been stopping into Proof on and off for a few years now and LOVE the place.  They have a mixed crowd - you never know what you're going to get.  When the place is full of people dancing, or Tigers fans pre/post game, or even when the place is empty- I always enjoy myself.  The owners regularly tend bar and are more than helpful and friendly.  The drinks are delcious- Martinis are between…
