I've had moo cow all over the US. I was surprised just how good this was. B & T has top quality meat and knows how to prepare it. I had the Black and Tan.  It's a Center cut Choice Tenderloin grilled, served a top an Gorgonzola brochette topped with caramelized onions and surrounded by natural jus demi and a chevre demi swirl. Garlic mashed potatoes rounded out this fine fine meal.
